Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a relational, insight-oriented approach that explores how past experiences, unconscious patterns, and early relationships shape how we feel, think, and relate today. I use this approach because it allows us to gently uncover the deeper roots of emotional struggles and create lasting change from the inside out. It’s a process of deep listening, reflection, and connection—supporting greater self-understanding, healing, and integration over time. All ages welcome.

Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation
I teach yoga therapy because the body holds stories the mind may not yet have words for. Movement, breath, and stillness can gently access places within us that talk therapy alone might not reach. By weaving in reflective writing and attention to the unconscious—dreams, imagery, symbolic language—we invite deeper self-awareness and integration. This fusion creates space for healing that is embodied, creative, and connected to something deeper than the everyday mind.

Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a powerful space for healing by allowing unconscious patterns and relational dynamics to emerge in real time with others. From a psychodynamic perspective, the group becomes a kind of microcosm—where past wounds can be explored, understood, and transformed through authentic connection and reflection. Sessions are bi-weekly held via Zoom. Minimum of 3, maximum of 10.
